We’ll touch base to ensure that your new bed is configured for your sleep preferences. One mattress usually doesn’t “fit all”!
Timeline
Timing for building your personalized mattress generally takes from 48 hours to 4 weeks. Let us know your need and timeline, and we’ll work hard to meet it!
Warranty
Most mattress companies have complicated warranties that are full of small print and confusing legal jargon, but we want to keep it simple. Fawcett mattresses are covered by a simple 10 Year Warranty and 100 night comfort exchange. You can exchange your mattress for the same model of a different firmness or configuration for a fee of $499 including shipping. If you can return your existing Fawcett Mattress to a Fawcett retail location, and pick up the replacement mattress, then we will waive the $499 fee and the comfort exchange will have no cost to you. For areas within 30km of a Fawcett retail location, we can arrange delivery of the comfort exchange mattress, along with the pickup of the original mattress for $99.

Product FAQ
What style of sleeper is the Nootka appropriate for?
The Nootka mattress is a great choice for someone looking for a mattress with robust support for their hips and lower backs.
What is the Nootka mattress made of?
Our Nootka mattress has an 8” multi zoned individual pocket coil spring with 3” of Natural Talalay Latex on top of it, along with a layer of cotton felt. This mattress is tufted (think the button or pillowy look) which helps hold all the components together and provides a robust sleep surface.
What is a tufted mattress?
Tufting is a traditional process in which a large needle is pushed through the mattress in a systematic pattern with a heavy duty thread and is tied off into rosettes or “tufts”. This process is useful to hold various components of a layered mattress together. It also provides a pillowy undulating surface which some sleepers prefer.
What is the difference between a hybrid spring mattress like the Nootka and an all latex mattress like the Sombrio?
This mattress offers excellent edge support along with a more cohesive feel than the Sombrio. The zoned innerspring offers more support in the hips and low back, with softer coils in the leg region and shoulders.
What are multi-zone coil springs and what are their benefits?
The zoned innerspring offers more support in the hips and low back, with softer coils in the leg region and shoulders.
Is the Nootka mattress flippable?
The Nootka is not a flippable mattress. We do recommend rotating the mattress every 6 months however. This mattress is designed to last 10 years or more, and flipping isn’t necessary.
