Whether it’s a cozy camper van or a full-size motor coach, we’ve designed mattresses for everything from compact trailers to luxury motorhomes, ensuring you sleep just as well on the road as you do at home.
Our RV Mattress is based on our top-selling Sombrio and made with 100% Natural Talalay Latex, Organic Cotton, Joma Wool®, Hypervent and a bit of good old-fashioned craftsmanship. Our RV mattresses are made to order and can be customized with any shape, size, bevel and hinge to perfectly fit in your boat.
Ordering a Custom RV Mattress
The process is simple. Purchase your mattress online and this will get the proverbial ball rolling. We’ll send you a patterning kit and you can pattern the mattress, or have someone do this for you. Once we receive the kit back we’ll create your custom mattress for you. Once ready, we’ll ship it anywhere in Canada for no additional fee.
Complexity Level #1 - A simple rectangle, but requires cuts. Includes hypervent.

Timing for building your custom RV mattress generally takes from 48 hours to 10 days.
Comfort Exchange?
There is no comfort exchange on RV mattresses due to their custom nature. However, if you find the mattress too firm, we will create a mattress topper for you for a discounted fee.
