So you’ve got a boat. Maybe it’s a yacht? We like yachts. I mean, who doesn’t? But the standard mattresses that come in yachts, boats, and vessels….are terrible. This is where we come in. If sleep and comfort are important to you, we can help! We are experts at crafting mattresses of any size and shape for your yacht. We’ve custom-made mattresses for everything from a 18-foot Bayliner to a 130 ft offshore yacht.
Our Marine Mattress is based on our top-selling Sombrio and made with 100% Natural Talalay Latex, Organic Cotton, Joma Wool®, Hypervent and a bit of good old-fashioned craftsmanship. Our Marine mattresses are made to order and can be customized with any shape, size, bevel and hinge to perfectly fit in your boat.
Ordering a Custom Marine Mattress
The process is simple. Purchase your mattress online and this will get the proverbial ball rolling. We’ll send you a patterning kit and you can pattern the mattress, or have someone do this for you. Once we receive the kit back we’ll create your custom mattress for you. Once ready, we’ll ship it anywhere in Canada for no additional fee.
Complexity Level #1 - A simple rectangle, but requires cuts. Includes hypervent.
Complexity Level #2 - V-Berth or Shaped & Beveled Sides. Includes hypervent.
Complexity Level #3 - V-Berth or Shaped & Bevels and or Hinged Mechanism. Includes hypervent.

Timing for building your custom mattress generally takes from 48 hours to 10 days.
Comfort Exchange?
There is no comfort exchange on marine mattresses due to their custom nature. However, if you find the mattress too firm, we will create a mattress topper for you for a discounted fee.
