Fawcett Mattress will assist and act on behalf of the original purchaser for any warrantable manufacturer defects in construction and workmanship for twelve months from the date of delivery. Fawcett, at its option will repair, replace or refund the cost you paid us for any defective merchandise within the terms of this warranty. This warranty applies under conditions of normal use. This warranty does not cover: 1) wear or colour fastness of fabrics or covers unless separately warranted by the manufacturer; 2) Defects caused by improper assembly or disassembly, unless by Fawcett employees; 3) defects occurring after purchase due to product modification, intentional or accidental damage, damage from misuse, abuse, negligence or exposure to the elements: 4) defects or damages occurring as a result of not following prescribed Care and Maintenance Instructions provided by Fawcett Mattress 5) cosmetic damages 6) any and all assembly costs or freight charges; 7) furniture used in commercial settings or in a rental basis; 8) merchandise sold ‘as is’ or as clearance or discontinued items; 9) or any claims for repair bills submitted without prior approval for such repairs from Fawcett Mattress.
