Fawcett Mattress manufactures mattresses that are hand made with the most sustainable, natural materials available, right here in Victoria! We also create a variety of beds in our unique manufacturing facility which is joined to an open concept showroom where clients can see their mattresses being created while they shop.
If you’re tired of just looking for a “JOB” and are looking for a position that could grow into something much more, Fawcett could be the perfect fit for you. Here’s what we are looking for:
Our shop space lacks mirrors, and smoke. So do you! We’re looking for an enthusiastic energized individual that has a passion for sustainable materials & helping future clients make the right purchase choices for their health and personal situation.
You have retail sales experience and are great with people; including;
* Meeting and greeting prospective clients in a professional friendly manner
* Learning about the Fawcett products so that you are able to help meet the clients needs
* Collecting payments and entering client information in * Quickbooks and or a CRM system.
* Basic inventory tracking and ordering of products
Bonus if you’ve got these skills!
*Bookkeeping skills/experience
* WooCommerce and or WordPress experience to update online products
* Instagram, Facebook and Twitter are your friends; comfortable posting to social media
