This warranty does not cover: 1) wear or color fastness of fabrics or covers unless separately warranted by the manufacturer; 2) Defects caused by improper assembly or disassembly, unless by Fawcett employees; 3) defects occurring after purchase due to product modification, intentional or accidental damage, damage from misuse, abuse, negligence or exposure to the elements: 4) defects or damages occurring as a result of not following prescribed Care and Maintenance Instructions provided by Fawcett Mattress 5) cosmetic damages 6) any and all assembly costs or freight charges; 7) furniture used in commercial settings or in a rental basis; 8) merchandise sold ‘as is’ or as clearance or discontinued items; 9) or any claims for repair bills submitted without prior approval for such repairs from Fawcett Mattress.
