Our Marine mattresses are made to order and can be customized with any shape, size, bevel and hinge to perfectly fit in your boat.

Ordering a Custom Marine Mattress
The process is simple. Purchase your mattress online and this will get the proverbial ball rolling. We’ll send you a patterning kit and you can pattern the mattress, or have someone do this for you. Once we receive the kit back we’ll create your custom mattress for you. Once ready, we’ll ship it anywhere in Canada for no additional fee.
$399 - Complexity Level #1 - A simple rectangle, but requires cuts. Includes hypervent.
$799- Complexity Level #2 - V-Berth or Shaped & Beveled Sides. Includes hypervent.
$999 - Complexity Level #3 - V-Berth or Shaped & Bevels and or Hinged Mechanism. Includes hypervent.
